ZUMBA
Zumba is a New Latin inspired, Easy to Follow, Calorie Burning, Dance based workout, suitable for all abilities. The Zumba workout provides fitness benefits because its routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training, which are intended to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Zumba class including basic rhythms like merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dance, flamenco, tango, samba. Join the party at winners 2000 Torquay!
PUMP
My PUMP combines everything you want in one class. It incorporates a resistance workout with weights and dumbbells and an element of cardio with basic step. The result is an all round perfect workout in one hour. Don’t worry about what ability you are; the class is designed and aimed at all levels of strength and fitness. It’s about what you try to do and the improvements you make along the way. The session is perfect for anyone who wants to get in shape and the session proves that. PUMP is on Tuesdays in The Studio at Winners 2000, Torquay at 6.15pm and Wednesday mornings at 9.30am. The classes are on a first come first served basis, so please arrive early as you also need to set up your station.
RUNNING CLUB – Beginner
This session is aimed at those who are either new to running, or can only run outside for very short periods. This is a great starting point. Every Size, Every Shape, Everybody is welcome.
RUNNING CLUB, Experienced:
This session is aimed at those who are able to run for longer periods and distances. If you want to improve your speed, stamina and endurance, this is for you. This session will incorporate various interval work, and will aid anyone who wishes to race from 5km-10km, upto a Marathon.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit Training is a combination of aeorbics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow, which will target Fat Loss, Muscle Toning, and Cardiovascular Fitness. This class is aimed at those who want a total body workout, want to improve their stamina, mobility and strength. Circuit training takes place in our Studio, which consists of various exercise stations changing from week to week. Whether your a beginner, or an athlete wanting to improve your fitness levels, this is for you! As each individual controls the intensity of their own workout, all abilities are welcomed and catered for. You will not be disappointed, and you will see results. Consistency is the key.

Fitball for Core Stability
This class uses Fitballs, a few floor based exercises and occasionally some light weights. The core muscles lie deep within the torso and stabilise the spine providing a solid foundation for movements with the arms and legs. I have found this class to be excellent for anyone with mild aches and pains.
Circuit training
A circuit class involves moving quickly from exercise to exercise performing anywhere between 30 to 60 seconds on each. As a result the heart-rate is kept high developing your cardio-vascular fitness and you burn lots of calories in the process. I have developed a range of different circuit classes that will tone and strengthen every major muscle group including abdominals, chest, shoulders, back and legs.

Outdoor Running Club
Beginners, Monday night 7pm with Louise Welsh. This session is aimed at those who are yet to reach the point where they can run outside for more than a very short period.

OUTDOOR RUNNING CLUB
Varying distances and terrain. Focussing on improving technique as well as speed and endurance. Available to all abilities.
CORE CONDITIONING
20 minute abdominal session focussing on all the muscles that make up your mid section, including those all important core muscles for posture and function.
FIGHTING FIT
This energetic program is inspired by martial arts. Supported by driving music, punch kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness
CIRCUIT TRAINING
40 minutes of high intensity Cardio and Free Weights stations, designed to increase fitness, burn calories, increase muscle tone and push you within you own limits.
ALL IN 1
Using resistance weights, this class encourages the body to burn fat rather than muscle, resulting in a firmer body
YOGA
Submerse yourself in this body mind class of classic yoga postures for optimum strength and flexibility. This is a strong energising workout which is balanced with breath work and gentle guided relaxation. This class is suitable for all abilities.
