
Personal Trainer and Coaching Services
Working out with a skilled professional trainer is an incredibly affective way to accelerate the gains and progress you make when you are working out. So many people are wasting time on an ineffective training or diet plan, slaving away and getting absolutely nowhere. Your health and your happiness are far too IMPORTANT to take chances with.
On joining our club you may choose which trainer you would like to take you through your initial 3 or 5 stage induction process. This will cover whatever information you need, but typically the setting up of a training plan, a diet program and some work to clarify and confirm why you are coming to the gym, WHAT YOU WANT.
You can workout with a trainer any time you want, as often as you want. This is booked and paid for privately between you and your trainer.

Our equipment
Each site is equipped with the best resistance, cardio and free weight equipment you can find. In addition, we have kettlebells, Keiser Functional trainers, sprint track and rehabilitation equipment. We believe no gym in the country is better equipped than Winners 2000.
Slim 2 Win Weight Management Program
If your goal is to lose weight, to feel better about how you look, this is for you. Open to MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS, you can choose whether to include exercise in this program, or just follow the changes to your diet. This program teaches you WHY you have gained fat, HOW you can lose it, and WHAT you need to do to keep it off forever. Forget wasting time with yoyo fad plans, come and work with the EXPERTS, who are dealing with this everyday. Learn how to build health and why that is the only way to get lean and stay that way. We stock and sell the best in sports and health supplements, plus our expert staff will tell you what is does and whether you should be taking it. Karate, Adult and Junior
Children can start learning Karate with Sensei Dave Owen from age 5. Learn discipline, respect, strength, power, focus and control. Adults and junior classes, plus private tuition from Dave Owen, former world champion, and trainer of many more.
