Winners 2000 club Rules for 2009
Attitude
Respect our club, our equipment, all the instructors and coaches and of course your fellow members. Everyone deserves the opportunity to have a positive training experience, remember you are not the only person in the gym. If you can do that, you will fit really well at Winners 2000. If you can’t, you won’t.
Training Techniques
Every member must have at least one induction with one of our coaches, to ensure they are safe to train and that they have a productive training program to follow. To ensure our members are getting the best results and that safety is always maintained, only exercises and techniques we deem as correct and safe will be allowed. If you have completed any exercises at other gyms that you are unsure about, please speak with an instructor for clarification on technique and if they are allowed in our clubs.
Personal Hygiene
We don’t want to have to stop people from training because they have bad hygiene, but we are not prepared to let every other member suffer because one person cannot follow this basic request. That is part of our commitment to “best standards”. To avoid embarrassment and the possibility of being asked to leave the gym, please make sure you have clean training clothing, good hygiene and deodorant.
Conduct
· All your weights must be returned to designated position immediately after use.
· Benches and machines must be wiped following use with the spray and towel provided.
· No bad language in the gym, please keep the volume of your conversations at a sensible level.
These rules have been produced in conjunction with our members committee, made up of long term members of our club and in some cases based on experiences that have occurred previously.
Finally, we ask all members to remember that part of the training experience they encounter at our club is down to them and their own conduct.
